Proactive and detail-oriented, the remote Accounting Clerk will support accounts payable and receivable processes, monitor employee travel and expense activity, and collaborate closely with the Assistant Controller and Accounting Supervisor to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Key responsibilities Enter, code, and post vendor bills in NetSuite, ensuring accurate tagging and processing of invoices and payment requests Assist in posting daily customer receipts and prepare customer statements while supporting basic collection follow-up Review employee expense reports for compliance and accuracy, monitoring missing receipts and following up as needed Required qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting, ideally in e-commerce or retail Experience with NetSuite ERP and familiarity with cloud-based tools such as BILL or Ramp Solid Excel skills and ability to manage high transaction volumes while meeting deadlines Clear communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S
