The Proofreader checks each piece for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with ministry standards for style.**Ensure Accuracy**Verify that all the information contained in advertising pieces is accurate. Check for correct grammar, spelling, and mechanics.**Maintain Consistency**Ensure that all the information in advertising pieces is consistent from one piece to another. Check that information is clearly presented across all channels.**Manage Tone**Keep the text tone of all pieces appropriate to fit the recipients of the advertisement. Ensure that the tone fits the ministry's ideals and standards.**Update the Style Guide**Update and maintain the accuracy of the Advertising Style Guide to have a complete resource for reference.
