THE ROLE

We are looking for a Designer/Draftsman to support our Architectural division in our Charleston, WV office. This position is responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and collaborating with professionals to bring innovative and functional structures to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and draft using Revit and other applications to bring the concept and ideas of project stakeholders to life, for both new construction and renovation projects.

Produce high-quality deliverables for clients at all stages of the design process.

Gain an understanding of building systems, codes, and construction methods.

Produce architectural and interior design work on projects and assist in the preparation of construction documents on assigned projects.

Assist with design calculations, quantities, review of technical specifications, and design estimates.

QUALIFICATIONS

→ Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

→ Experience: 1-3 years of industry experience.

→ Software: Proficiency in Revit and Lumion or similar 3D modeling software.

→ Skills: Strong time management and communication skills.

→ Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
