We are currently seeking an ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / DRAFTER in our Pleasanton, CAlocation. Working alongside other team members, this professional develops design or technical solutions under general supervision.


This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at our Pleasanton, CA office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Undertake a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for small projects or selected segments of a larger project.
  • Perform design layouts and features, which require researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work.
  • Review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards and implement any changes as directed.
  • Assist project teams and other staff members as required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • Demonstrated skills and talent in Revit / BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through.
  • Strong verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of 1 year of post-graduate / professional experience or A/E/C internship required.
  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture (required).
  • Recent experience working on architectural projects within the United States.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices.
  • Commitment to their own professional growth as designer, architect, or planner.
  • Commitment to obtaining licensure preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions. Please note that visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.

We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also offer the opportunity to participate in a pre-tax Flexible Spending plans for medical, childcare, and commuter expenses, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and 401k.

Salary range : $70,000 - $75,000 depending on qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and/or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements.
