Answers calls, distributes messages, and supports daily office tasks.Requirements Education: Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. Experience: 2-3 years of office administration-related experience, preferably in a multi-cultural environment. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills. Time management and attention to detail. Business-level Japanese language skills.
