Our team is built on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. We are seeking a professional commercial construction superintendent who can help us achieve our goals.

 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Superintendent to oversee the ground-up development of a 27-unit affordable housing complex. The project consists of three levels of wood-frame construction over a concrete podium, with basement-level parking. This is a full-cycle role from site mobilization through final punch and turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
• Maintain daily logs, progress photos, and reports using Procore.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues.
• Manage material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics.
• Monitor project schedule and proactively address delays or issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multi-family residential projects, preferably affordable housing.
• Proven experience with ground-up construction, including podium and stick-frame structures.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.
• Proficient in Procore for project documentation and communication.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of local building codes and inspection processes.

Requirements

Preferred:

• Experience working with public agencies or affordable housing developers.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
