Responsible for managing production applications and ensuring an optimal loan origination process, the full-time Encompass System Administrator will work remotely to support user setups, develop Encompass forms, and troubleshoot technical issues while collaborating with IT support and third-party vendors. Key responsibilities Maintain user setups, loan document libraries, and eFolder settings to ensure a paperless environment Manage service desk requests and provide tier 3 support for Encompass processes and workflows Identify training needs and facilitate Encompass end-user training for new features and updates Required qualifications Proven experience with the Encompass loan origination system Strong understanding of loan setup settings and regulatory compliance Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for software applications Ability to liaise with third-party vendors and manage integrations Familiarity with Information Technology Security protocols and applicable laws
