Job Description LHH is looking for an Entry-Level Immigration Paralegal (Temporary-to-Hire) - Pittsburgh Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $20/hour Schedule: Full-Time | Temporary-to-Hire (Initial 90-Day Contract) About the Opportunity A leading immigration services firm, is seeking 2-3 Entry-Level Immigration Caseworkers/Paralegals to join their Pittsburgh team. These positions will begin as a 90-day temporary assignment with the potential for extension or permanent hire based on business needs and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in gaining legal, administrative, or immigration experience in a professional services environment. Work Arrangement Hybrid schedule based in Pittsburgh, PA During the first month of training, candidates should be available to work 3-4 days per week in the office Following training, the schedule will generally transition to 2 days per week in the office Candidates must be local to the Pittsburgh area and able to commute to the office as required Responsibilities Assist with preparation and organization of immigration case documentation Maintain case files and track deadlines Communicate with clients regarding required information and documentation Review applications and supporting materials for completeness and accuracy Perform data entry, document management, and administrative support tasks Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and internal teams to support case processing Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Strong administrative, customer service, or office support experience Prior law firm, legal support, or professional services experience is a plus Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Interest in legal or immigration work Preferred Candidate Profile Recent graduates seeking professional experience Candidates with administrative or law firm experience looking to transition into legal support Individuals interested in a long-term career path who do not plan to attend law school within the next two years Team-oriented professionals who thrive in a structured, client-service-focused environment Benefits Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&DD insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
