About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and reliable RN or LPN to provide total care for a medically complex patient in a home setting. This is a one‐on‐one role ideal for a nurse who values meaningful, consistent care and wants to make a direct impact on a patient’s quality of life.

Patient Profile

The patient has the following medical needs and conditions:

• Requires total care
• Medically complex
• Bed‐bound/Wheelchair‐bound
• Primary Responsibilities
• Provide full ADL support, including repositioning, hygiene, and comfort care
• Maintain airway safety and monitor respiratory status
• Perform routine assessments and document changes in condition
• Ensure safe transfers and mobility support
• Collaborate with family and care team to maintain a stable, supportive environment
• Follow established care plans and clinical protocols

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of [State]
• Experience with medically complex or pediatric patients preferred
• Ability to provide total care and work independently
• Strong communication skills and a calm, patient‐centered approach
