About the Role:  

Trinity Bluff Hospitality LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Hotel Maintenance Person to join our team in Fort Worth, TX! In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our property in top condition, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained stay. Responsibilities:  

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and guest rooms
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff
• Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and other equipment
• Perform carpentry and cosmetic repairs such as furniture touch‑ups, door hardware adjustments, drywall patching, painting. 
• Inspect and maintain common areas, hallways, and exterior grounds for safety and cleanliness
• Maintain the pool area including checking and logging chemical readings and balancing pool chemistry as needed
• Receive supply orders and stock/store inventory with the department leads
• Perform safety checks on fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lights, smoke detectors
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and hotel standards
• Document completed work orders and report unresolved issues to management

Requirements:

 

• Prior experience in hotel maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair techniques
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and safety guidelines
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
