A renowned Indian restaurant in Washington is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team As our Chef you will be responsible for creating and executing traditional Indian cuisine dishes for our customers Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes Supervise kitchen staff and ensure the quality and consistency of dishes Plan menus and create new dishes to keep our menu offerings fresh Monitor food inventory order supplies and maintain kitchen cleanliness Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures Requirements Proven experience as an Indian Chef with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine spices and cooking techniques Ability to create new and exciting dishes while maintaining the authenticity of traditional recipes Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Diploma or degree in culinary arts or equivalent training Certification in food safety and sanitation Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English Salary $1800 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr QuantumIT Solutions
