Key responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training programs using instructional design best practices and adult learning principles Manage course development processes from concept through implementation, ensuring content accuracy and relevance Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, implementing enhancements to improve learning outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree 4 years of relevant instructional design or training development experience Experience applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles Technical writing and editing experience, with the ability to create learner-friendly materials Familiarity with Section 508 compliance and experience designing accessible online training
