Investment Banking – Digital Assets & Financial Technology Associate 1-2 A global investment bank is building a dedicated digital assets and financial technology investment banking platform. The Opportunity This team will advise and execute across the full lifecycle of growth and liquidity events for companies reshaping financial markets — from crypto-native firms to fintechs integrating blockchain, payments, and next-generation financial infrastructure. The mandate is broad, the deal flow is global, and the ambition is real. You would be joining a group designed to operate like a high-performing sector team inside a major bank, with meaningful responsibility, exposure to senior decision-makers, and the ability to help shape how the platform evolves. What You’ll Work On M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions across digital assets, fintech, payments, exchanges, infrastructure, and adjacent TMT verticals Public and private market transactions, including growth equity, IPO-adjacent advisory, and complex cross-border deals Building and refining sector coverage, thought leadership, and client relationships alongside newly hired senior bankers Deep engagement with founders, sponsors, and institutional investors operating at the frontier of financial innovation Who This Is For Investment bankers currently in TMT, FinTech, Financial Institutions, or Crypto/Digital Assets coverage Associate 1 and 2s with strong execution skills and deal experience Candidates who are intellectually curious about crypto and financial technology — prior deal exposure is valued, but genuine interest and fluency matter just as much Bankers who want to be part of a platform build, without sacrificing scale, resources, or career trajectory Why This Role Stands Out Platform build backed by a global investment bank, not a speculative startup effort Senior leadership already in place and actively hiring beneath them Broad remit, high visibility, and meaningful responsibility at every level Exposure to one of the fastest-evolving sectors in global finance, with long-term relevance This role is well suited for bankers who feel that digital assets and fintech are no longer “side coverage,” but core to the future of capital markets — and want their next move to reflect that conviction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
