Position Overview:
Lead and manage the irrigation division for a commercial landscape company with 25+ years in business. This role oversees crews, clients, budgets, and daily operations to ensure quality work, safety, and profitability.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day irrigation branch operations
• Lead, train, and support irrigation crews
• Oversee project scheduling, quality, and profitability
• Serve as main point of contact for irrigation clients
• Monitor budgets, billing, and job costs
• Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment use

Requirements:

• 5+ years commercial irrigation/landscape experience
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Licensed or Certified Irrigator (preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Strong organizational and people-management skills
