We’re looking to add a Legal Nurse Consultant to our growing medical research team.## Job DescriptionThe Legal Nurse Consultant serves as an indispensable clinical and educational resource to our clients, offering real-time guidance on their cases and, crucially, expertly managing the intricate details of complex medical litigation. You’ll work closely with physicians and attorneys to help streamline case reviews by identifying and organizing the most relevant information within large medical record sets.What You’ll Do* Conduct real-time intakes with attorney-clients on critical medical malpractice and personal injury cases, providing our Expert Search team with the vital information needed to meticulously research and identify the most impactful expert witnesses.* Leverage your expertise to support our attorneys and physicians with high-volume medical record reviews, specifically flagging key sections (e.g., operative reports, imaging, discharge summaries) that align with case goals.* Actively assist our Expert Search researchers by rigorously reviewing expert feedback on cases and providing crucial insights to determine the optimal expertise fit for medical malpractice and personal injury cases.* Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to attorney-clients during phone and video case intakes, collaborating seamlessly with our customer success, sales, and advisory teams to guarantee unparalleled client satisfaction.* Work closely with physicians and attorneys to help streamline case reviews by identifying and organizing the most relevant information within large medical record sets.## Qualifications* Registered Nurse* Strong clinical knowledge - 5+ years of clinical experience working in an Emergency Room and/or Critical Care area in a hospital setting is a huge advantage for success in this role.* 2+ years of experience working with a law firm or experience doing Legal Nurse Consulting would be beneficial for success in this role.* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.* A true team player, demonstrating a customer-centric and solutions-oriented attitude.* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitious performance metrics and goals.* Comfortable that you can succeed in an "office-type" role.* Gain insider exposure to the legal industry and high-profile litigation.* Develop invaluable research and analytical skills applicable across industries.* Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two cases are the same.* Be part of a team that values curiosity, innovation, and professional growth.* Best in class benefits, including a 401(k) match.Work With UsWork With Us #J-18808-Ljbffr
