Overview This position involves meeting with the public to discuss lighting demands based on company standards and requirements. Conduct site visits to determine customer lighting demands for residential, business, and subdivisions, and identify/verify the utility infrastructure. Responsibilities Formulate and design an outdoor lighting plan that meets customer needs within the guidelines of the standards. Communicate effectively with clients, customers, crews, and other agencies. Split time between field days and office design work, and maintain a balance between schedules. Conduct considerable walking, carry equipment, stake poles, and flag routes onsite. Acknowledge and manage customer complaints and work to find resolutions. Qualifications High school or equivalent (Required) Electrical systems: 1 year (Preferred) MicroStation: 1 year (Preferred) Skills (needed, but not required): Excel, Word, MicroStation (highly recommended), DocuSign Job Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electric fundamentals Additional Information HKA Enterprises is a global workforce solutions firm.
