Experienced Manufacturing Planner - 2nd ShiftWe are seeking an experienced manufacturing planner for a 2nd shift opportunity in San Antonio, Texas. The selected candidate will support the technical statement of work for the GFE production engineering team. This role involves planning and leading processes for developing, implementing, and maintaining various manufacturing plans, bills of materials, and work instructions.Key responsibilities include:Planning and leading department processes for developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing plans, bill of materials, and work instructions.Developing and planning manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.Preparing build analyses and cost estimate reports.Leading the integration of complex suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology.Participating in source selection to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.Developing complex tooling requirements and managing tooling from initial design to disposition.Leading investigation and resolution of complex or systemic manufacturing-related issues.Leading teams performing producibility assessments of design concepts.Drafting, updating, and reviewing processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.Translating design requirements from electronic bill of materials (EBOM) into manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM).Required qualifications include:5+ years of manufacturing planning experience.Experience with GOLD.Experience with Microsoft Word.Preferred qualifications include:Prior experience with Boeing is preferred.Work environment includes:This position requires working in a factory environment and the ability to navigate conditions such as walking and using steps and scaffolding.This is a 100% onsite position. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense.The work schedule is a 4x10 second shift.Additional information includes:Regular and predictable attendance is a requirement for this role.Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.This position will require the ability to obtain customer approval for access.
