Evolution is hiring Overnight Game Hosts at our Atlantic City studio. You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world.

No casino experience needed. No hosting experience required.

If you naturally prefer nights, have worked overnight shifts before, or just want to sleep in and still earn real money — this might be the most interesting overnight job you've ever seen.

This is not a typical overnight job.

You are not stocking shelves. You are not sitting at a front desk watching the clock. You are not working a smoky casino floor at 3am. You are not driving for a delivery app in the dark.

You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and create a professional engaging experience for players around the world — at 11pm, 1am, 3am — while earning consistent pay plus tips every single shift.

Think: live hosting + customer service + studio environment. On the overnight shift.

You don't need casino experience. That's what paid training is for.

What You'll Do

• Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
• Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts accurately
• Keep the game moving smoothly and energetically throughout your overnight shift
• Bring focus, composure, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid training through Evolution Academy

• $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
• Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
• After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable being on camera
• Reliable and professional

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to work assigned overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
