What You Can Expect At Federal Express Corporation (FEC) Fast paced and physical warehouse work: loading, unloading, and sorting packages of various sizes. Part time employees work one shift per day; shift lengths generally between 3 and 6 hours. Overtime paid after 40 hours in a week. Pay and Benefits Competitive wages beginning at $19.50 per hour, paid weekly for both full and part time opportunities. Pay range: $19.50 - $22.50 / hr (Effective 9/28/25: $20.10 - $23.10 / hr). $5,250 tuition reimbursement every year with no lifetime cap; eligible on first day of employment.
