Pool Attendant

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking an enthusiastic and guest-focused Pool Attendant to support a welcoming and enjoyable poolside experience for our guests. In this role, you will assist with seating arrangements, provide towels, water, and pool amenities, and help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the pool area. You will also support poolside food and beverage service, responding to guest needs with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude.

What you will do:

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the pool, pool deck, and surrounding guest areas, ensuring all spaces are well maintained and guest-ready.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming guests, providing information and orientation, assisting with requests, and offering safe guidance within the pool area.
• Stock, distribute, and replenish towels, umbrellas, covers, amenities, and other pool supplies while monitoring and reporting inventory replenishment needs.
• Promote a safe environment by enforcing pool policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and promptly reporting accidents, injuries, or concerns to Security.
• Monitor area conditions, promptly report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues, and support operational needs by completing additional pool attendant duties as required.

What you will bring:

• 1-2 years of food and beverage service experience, preferably in a high-volume luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail, a positive and guest-focused attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in a desert climate, including temperatures that may reach or exceed 100°F, while remaining active and attentive throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including standing and walking for 6 to 8 hours per day, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, and pushing or moving up to 100 pounds.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card
• Valid authorization to work in the United States

Schedule & Hours:

• Full Time
• Shift Start times; 8:00am, 9:00am, 9:30am, 10:00am, 10:30am
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
