Glide is a fast-growing home services company specializing in residential window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, and dryer & AC vent cleaning. We're based in Utah and expanding fast with active branches in Utah, Colorado, Texas, and Arizona. What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Review jobs and routes for the day
• Arrive prepared with proper equipment
• Communicate ETAs and expectations with customers
• Travel safely and efficiently between jobs
• Execute high-quality window cleaning using proper safety techniques
• Delegate tasks when working with a teammate
• Place Glide signage at each job site
• Perform detailed touch-ups and a final walk-around
• Communicate results and feedback to customers
• Maintain equipment and keep vehicle clean and organized
• Report vehicle or equipment issues
• Secure vehicles, keys, and equipment at the end of the day
