HCA Healthcare is seeking a Neuro Interventional Radiology RN to support complex neurovascular procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting. In this specialized role, you’ll collaborate with neurologists, interventional radiologists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to prepare, monitor, and recover patients undergoing stroke interventions, aneurysm coiling, and other neurovascular procedures. Responsibilities include detailed assessments, continuous hemodynamic monitoring, sedation management, and rapid response to clinical changes while maintaining radiation and infection control standards. You’ll educate patients and families, document in the EHR, and support quality and safety initiatives.
