This position is for a shift manager role at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters. Job Description As a Shift Manager you will lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service for all customers. Your responsibilities include: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance & Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety & Security Scheduling Training Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, ensuring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Qualifications Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. Candidates must be 18 years or older and be a positive team player with a flexible schedule.
