Talent Acquisition Partner – Agency Recruitment New York City The Opportunity: Our client is a high‑growth recruitment business with an established international presence and ambitious expansion plans across the U.S. As the business continues to scale, they are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their internal Talent team in New York. This role will play a central part in attracting experienced recruiters and supporting the next phase of the firm's growth. Success in this role will be built on many of the same skills that make a successful agency recruiter: headhunting, influencing, commercial curiosity, resilience, objection handling, and the ability to engage high‑performing passive talent.
