Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary
At Yes ABA Therapy, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success and provide guidance on implementing ABA strategies in the home setting
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, including those related to certification and licensure
Compensation and Schedule
Pay Range: $95 - $120 hourly
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Requirements
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
