Essential Job Duties * Routinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work culture. * Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers and outside customers and vendors. * Always conducts self in accordance with the companies Code of Conduct. * Meet or exceed team productivity goals on key performance measurements. * Meet or exceed all inventory integrity goals including line-item accuracy and dollar value variance. * Meet or exceed financial targets including parts cost per call. * Maintain technical knowledge on all products. * Make recommendations to Branch Technical Manager for any identified service training needs. * Assist Sales department with sales demos as requested. * Perform service calls on those machines showing up on "Excessive Activity and 3 and 30" report. * Perform tech-assist calls with other members of the service team. * Service machines for assigned
