POSITION(S): Teachers (3) -- 4 weeks Paraprofessionals (2) -- 4 weeks Licensed Nurse (1) -- 4 weeks Kindergarten Paraprofessional (1) -- 2 weeks only JOB DESCRIPTION: 4 Week Program The Petersham Center School will be offering summer programming again this year. The program will embrace a "Camp" format, and students will receive instruction in literacy, mathematics, STEM activities, physical education, and arts-related activities. Teachers are responsible for delivering the academic and enrichment curriculum for all of the summer programs. Paraprofessionals will work under the direction of the teacher. 2 Week Program (Kindergarten) The Petersham Center School will offer a two-week kindergarten camp to acclimate newly enrolling kindergarten students to the school and initial exposure to the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. The kindergarten teacher will also function as a liaison between kindergarten families and the school. The paraprofessional will work under the direction of the classroom teacher. PROGRAM DATES: 4 Week Program July 7th - July 31st Monday - Thursday 8AM - 12 Noon 2 Week Program July 7th-July 17th Monday - Thursday 8AM - 12 Noon SALARY:Teachers/Nurse $50 per hour Paraprofessional $30 per hour
