Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Requirements:- Active Oregon RN license and Active Washington/Multisate RN license required Shift: M-F, 8-4:30 [StartFragment] or 4-10, depending on RN preference Valid driver's license and Auto insurance required,BLS (AHA) required 2 year of recent Home Health experiencerequired. Epic experience Setting: Home Health Travel Time: 100% Average driving: Approximately 50 miles/day The facility requires an experienced Home Health RN with active OR and WA licenses, BLS, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and Epic experience.
